Job description
Our Northern Europe Procurement organization is looking for a Procurement Digital Manager, based in Munich.
Reporting to the Global digital transformation director, you will benefit from an in-depth understanding of the Procurement activities and our digital roadmap. You will be working in an international team and with multiple stakeholders.
You will be acting as a transformation manager and will be a key coordinator between the Group Digital team and the procurement teams in the region.
The candidate will have a regional digital role with an important anchorage is DACH (German, Austria and Switzerland) as well as a strong focus on the eOrdering platforms provided to our customers.
Your main missions will be to:
- Closely monitor the run activities and the development of our eOrdering platforms

- Supervise the onboarding process of local suppliers so that they can fully operate on the eOrdering tools (ownership of the onboarding strategy, coordination between suppliers, onboarding teams and category managers, and content quality)
- Conduct necessary analysis to boost hotel usage and, optimize the quality of service provided by our suppliers as well as their sales performances
- Lead the digital transformation in the Northern Europe Procurement Organization
- Supervise the local implementation of our procurement tools within NE countries by monitoring the roll-out progresses, pain points and next steps
- Ensure business and technical coordination by being a key point of contact for the local procurement teams and the group digital team
- Improve the awareness and adoption of our tools towards our clients and internal teams

- Drive the local knowledge sharing and ensure the continuous training of our internal and external stakeholders paying a close attention to their needs
- Act as a key business partner of the outsourced Support Centre to define and improve support processes, monitor the quality delivered to our customers and suppliers
Profile and Skills
Basic qualifications
- Junior graduate from Business or Engineering schools
- Customer-oriented
- Pro-active, take initiatives and ownership of the projects, and constantly seek for continuous improvement of processes and quality
- Analytical mind and considerable capacity for synthesis. Ability to make decisions and to explore operational issues to find solutions.
- Fluent German and English is a must, French is a plus
Technical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365, collaborative tools and ticketing systems
- Experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus

The Northern Europe (NE) Astore team is responsible for sourcing, negotiating and promoting its products and services in UK, Belux, the Netherland, DACH, Poland, Hungary and Rumania.
In the last few years, the Procurement team has placed the digital transformation in its top priorities, aiming to support the internal team from sourcing to selling, and to ease the entire procurement process of our Accor hotels and non-Accor partners.
