Job Description
Responsibilities

1.Translation and Localization
Provide localization and revision support on game FAQs, customer service pitches according to the local idioms and cultural references
2.Service Quality Inspection
Review service records of colleagues regularly. Analyze and optimize the service flaws and pitches.
3.VIP Service
Respond to VIP customers promptly. Strive to improve their satisfaction.
4.Customer Research
Design and execute researches in Community and Group Chat, or via Surveys to collect customers’ feedback on game and service. Craft and deliver clearly written reports after each research.
5.Community Management
Manage communities of customers on social media sites & platforms such as Facebook and Discord. Boost Customer Service Reputation of GALASPORTS.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin.
Enthusiasm for games and sports (football, baseball or basketball)
Rich knowledge of culture and living custom in China and North America.
Strong analytical and summary writing skills. Good at studying and learning.
Abilities to think logically and analyze a situation or problem with reasons and coming up with potential solutions.
Exceptional service consciousness. Good interpersonal communication skill and mood management.
Having a sense of empathy and interests in User Research.
Familiarity with the Community Operations on popular social media sites & platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Discord)
