Report to Executive Host/Assistant Shift Manager/Shift Manager on all matters during the shift

Focus on position: be competitive in the market, especially in this region. Ensure patrons’ visits are repeated by providing excellent service

Financial: not give away complimentary allowances to patrons on player programs unless they have sufficient recorded in the system

Arrange Travel and Accommodation for VIP Guests

Assist all promotions and functions (Christmas / Lunar New Year/Chips Promotion/ Gala dinner/ Baccarat tournaments etc.) to increase patronage numbers. Participate in the setup, the function itself and end of it

Public relations including recognize and greet patrons, remember their preferences of F&B.

Introduce Paiza Premium program

Notify players’ rating and gaming result

Pick up and send off guests

High School Graduate, College Education preferred

1 - 2 years working experience in related area

Be a fast learner

Get along with fellow team members and work as a team

Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift

Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to Departmental and Company policies

Have a well groomed, extremely professional appearance

Be proficient in Putonghua & English

Speak other Chinese dialects / Asian languages also a plus

Microsoft Word & Excel

Knowledge of ACSC is preferred

Knowledge of Opera, OWS, Table Touch system is an advantage

Work inside and continuously maneuver in and around all areas of the casino

Tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust

Possess good manual dexterity
