• Promote the special features, facilities, discount and its usage of the casino and hotel to guests, encourage them to become members.
• Explain and handle membership application, assist guests in exchanging cash and chips, redemption for gifts and cooperate in all promotion activities.
• Assist guests in transportation between ferry terminal and casino or hotel.
• Answer enquires from guests; provide themwith appropriate assistance and courteous customer services.
• Support department supervisor for normal operation and ad hoc duties of the casino.
• Assist VIP for hotel check-in procedures.

Requirement:

• Form five education or above.
• Well-groomed appearance, a good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills; optimistic with courteous manner and attitude.
• Fluent in spoken Chinese and Mandarin, with knowledge of basic English conversation as an advantage.
• Work on rotational shift.
• With relevant experience preferred.
