Our Client is a well-known Hotel and Entertainment Complex based in Asia currently looking for VIP head butler.

As the Headmaster of VIP butler, you should be responsible for supervising the whole team to provide and maintain the quality and consistency of all related services, handling and solving complaints from the guests, ensure the team is providing excellent customers service in courteous and efficient manner, advising and training for butlers on improvement. You need to achieve the KPI and follow hotel’s standard and procedure, liaising with related internal department to ensure respond good service to guests.

A Successfully Candidate should be fluently bilingual in both Chinese and English, up to 6 years of relevant experiences and 3 years of managing experiences. Familiar with the knowledge and understanding of hotel operation in Front office, F&B and housekeeping. Have good management and communication skill, service-oriented, and the ability to work under pressure.
