Implement and monitor VM plan for all boutique shops for China.

Communicate with local vendors and Operation Teams to ensure effective implementation of VM guideline in-store

Communicate with both regional and local Supply Chain to monitor inventory of core VM materials to support business expansion

Partner with Store Development Teams (or Business leaders) to support the VM guidelines and plan for new store development projects.

Support China Marketing Manager to identify supportive local vendors with competitive advantage in offering quality works with a cost-effective price to improve VM standards

Manage monthly budget expenses within budget for China.

Conduct in-store training and support to operation team on a regular basis to ensure effective execution of VM guidelines. Monitor the in-store VM materials and core VM guidelines based on regional direction and plan to uphold a consistent brand presentation across.

Invest the time to learn from and implement as appropriate, best global retail practices in visual/store merchandising and marketing.

Communicate local best practices to regional VM team for inspiration.

In all of the above activities, this individual must develop and implement in-store communication and merchandising programs that are consistent with brand image and integrated with marketing platforms.

Support the ad hoc project and event, from concept development to production

3+ years visual merchandising experience in specialty or brand retail business

Strong visual and technical merchandising skills

Good team player, ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across all divisions of the Company

Ability to work under pressure with focus on managing timely delivery of tasks

Cooperatively aggressive with a high level of energy

Open to changes and can learn quickly

Communicates effectively both inside and outside the organization

Desire to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented operating environment

Business fluency in English, both written and spoken

University degree required, preferably a visual arts degree

Excellent sense of design, style and aesthetics is a plus
