Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy in alignment with the company’s brands image and targeted market to drive sales objectives and maximize profitability
• Provide guidelines and directions for all store visual merchandising settings and achieve high visual appeal impact for the stores to drive shoppers’ productivity
• Work with other departments to develop best practices in day to day displays and achieve optimal stock utilization
• Elevate and enhance the stores image and branding with periodic refresh of high display standards and provide necessary support for special product launches and promotions.
• Keep abreast of market design trends and play a key role to initiate improvements and innovative display concepts changes
• Source and manage the quality and cost of contractors
• Lead and coach the VM team and deliver training to retail store teams on display
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in related disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant working experience
• Enthusiastic, motivational, able to give concrete direction
• Strong Business Acumen with creativities & innovation ideas
• Strong Leadership with sound management skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
