Main Responsibilities:

Responsible to merchandise sofas, furnishings and accessories in new and existing stores within the Company brand image and According to latest floor plans in stores;

Design the store layout according to the new developed product for each store per year;

Follow store visit schedule, complete store VM report and ensure timely execution of outstanding points;

Execute and follow the correct execution of window displays according to the schedule;

Organize the floor sample according to the sales trends;

Assist Training Manager in visual merchandising training to educated dealers and their staff (Asia Pacific)

Support Product Manager to develop and implement matrix and layout (China).

Good communication skill

International

Open minded

Experience and special skills:

Good English both written and spoken

Design background

Good fashion sense

One or two years VM working experiences preferred

CAD / photoshop (optional)

Good adaptability and like travelling
