Role Mission:

This role is mainly responsible for all store related visual merchandising activities, which shall be aligned with corporate standard and brand integrity. Be responsible for making guideline of new products and new brand in HSCC.

Key Process Accountabilities

Key Activities 1. Partner Store VM - Develop VM execution plan which follows brand product and HSCC calendar and proceed efficiently. - Task on routine store visit plan and quality execution, provide necessary assessment and supportive tools to get feedback in time. - Change key store display on routine basis. - Daily visual merchandising maintenance follow up. - New store opening VM support. - Regular VM reports feedback to head office. - Work closely with Retail VM team to provide consistent partner stores visual presence being in line with guideline standard. 2. Training - Keep high consistency of store presentation result which meets with global VM guideline and stay in line with brand positioning in China. - Provide professional and systematic VM training to sales in accordance with set guideline. 3. Budget - Training related budget allocation - Fixtures/prop material supplement Deliverables and Indicators (KPIs)：

- Partner stores VM implementation coverage as required

- Quantitative and qualitative measurement on partner store VM improvement

- Training coverage follows franchise operations function objectives



Job Requirements:

Education

College or above

Experience

Minimum 2-4 years visual merchandising experience with high class consumer good or retail brands

Knowledge

- Good understanding of retail business in China.

- Strong PC skills, graphic design skill is preferred.

- Fluent communication skill on both written and oral English.

- A passion and an understanding of fashion jewelry, along with the desire to translate this passion into exploring fashion jewelry market in China is keenly required.

- Able to inspire the customers to achieve high execution standards.
