Core Accountabilities:

• Assist Retail Marketing Associate Director to access seasonal brand images and design into local demands for channels and stores (G.China & Korea) on POS, POPs for seasonal product launches, promotions and new store opening.
• Coordinate with sales & retail team; Ensure timely delivery and display of seasonal window campaign, POS and other props, ensure the availability and high quality of all merchandising materials, working closely with Sales/Marketing/Store planning team to align visual goals
• Responsible with regularly updating database to support field communication and roll out processes
• Responsible for the storage and inventory control of VM props and assets such as POS, window furniture, and etc.
• Supervise agencies and vendors to ensure the quality meets brand standard(KPI)
• Update the door list information by monthly.
• Finance writ-off execution : create PO in system and payment execution
• In store music management

Key Outputs/Results:

• Seasonal POS development & door implementation
• Seasonal window campaign development & implementation
• Design & develop retail marketing campaign (Promotion)& tools & signage ( POP)
• Coordination: door distribution/ database maintenance
• Communication: coordination with sales & retail & design house ( production& ensure quality execution )
• Support Retail & marketing team on special event & or brand road show execution
• Finance writ-off execution timely and accurately
• Manage in store music and create monthly report

Essential Knowledge:

• Knowledge of design would be beneficial
• Knowledge of the Retail industry would be beneficial

Experience :

• Experience within a design based role would be ideal
• Experience of the Retail environment would be ideal
• Experience of a store staff in an International brand would be ideal

Skills :

• Visual merchandising skills
• Train, motivate and coach retail owners and shop staff
• Communicate with a range of external customers and internal colleagues
• Plan and organize store visits
• Able to deliver visual merchandising and brand image

Technical Skills:

• Excellent in Microsoft window applications especially in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Excellent in beauty sense

Successful Experience:

• Experience in working in a multinational Company, preferably in the retail industries
• Responsibility in managing different agencies and vendors
• Responsibility in managing different channel and store type
