Our Client is a Pan-Asia Logistics Conglomerate headquartered in Beijing, and currently operating over 30 integrated logistics distribution centers, over 20 international freight forwarding stations, 7 bonded warehouses, over 100 network hubs. Through this network our Client is present in all major cities and economic regions in China where it can provide outstanding services for domestic transportation, international freight forwarding, warehousing and contract logistics services.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing clear strategies, objectives and tactical plans for sales based on customer needs, and aligned them with Business Objectives.
  • Participates in providing feedback to all BUs regarding customer functional requirements including quality and reliability.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with leaders in the industries.
  • Working with overseas sales team to develop a solid business case to support recommendations on new potential offerings or business opportunities both within existing fields of Interest and also within new fields of Interest for the company.
  • Scheduling sales resources to maximize opportunities on an individual and event basis
  • Achieving aggressive individual sales target
  • Ensuring delivery of BU value propositions and effective campaign planning
  • Tracking and reporting team performance
  • Overseeing major accounts and partnerships
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor Degree
While not a prerequisite, a Master degree will be a distinct advantage.
OR
A minimum of at least 10 years of sales/business development/ experience in the MNC business-to-business environment, preferably in the field of freight forwarding and supply chain.
Experience:
A successful track record in identifying market opportunities and being able to mobilize an organization to capture profitable sales growth
Have established good working relationship with the world-class MNC manufacturers and able to demonstrate successful sales track records with them.
Experience working in a start-up environment will be an added advantage.
Skill:
You should be self starter, a good communicator and an excellent team player.
Knowledge:
Preferably in the field of freight forwarding and supply chain.
