Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Vice President, Cardiac Ultrasound Sales Position Overview The Vice President of Cardiac Ultrasound Sales, NAM, will be responsible for managing the Cardiology Product Marketing and Commercial Strategy in the U.S. This involves creating and executing on the strategies. This is a key role that will work directly with the Head of NAM Ultrasound to generate revenue growth and foster a positive culture within the NAM Ultrasound Sales organization. This individual must have strong understand of the cardiology ultrasound market focused on Product Marketing and KOL development while delivering on the Cardiac Order and Revenue Targets. This includes forecasting methods and accuracy; and the ability to inspire others while managing complex Ultrasound customer accounts. The individual will closely partner with the sales force to develop and sell unique solutions. Additionally, they will closely partner with the Clinical Applications Team and the 4D ICE Team. This role has 4 direct reports, managing 3 Cardiac Territory Sales Managers and 1 Cardiology Marketing individual. This leader and their team will support the hybrid TSMs, support and drive the Biosense Webster Channel, and work closely with the 4D ICE Sales Team. The VP Cardiac Ultrasound leads the demand generation strategy, marketing strategy and the execution of both. Performance tracking, establishing KPIs, Performance Management will be key to managing a successful team. This role reports to the Head of NAM Ultrasound for Siemens Healthineers. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managing complex sales cycles and products. Demonstrates full understanding and application of management approaches for work direction, motivation, and performance management. 15+ years of successful sales and marketing experience in Cardiology. Experienced managing multiple exempt-level employees and/or other managers. Objection handling and conflict resolution skills. Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills. Good understanding of equipment sales process. Strong business acumen, analytical and strategic thinking required. Capacity to manage cross functional teams and initiatives. Relentless customer focus. Advanced understanding of Ultrasound business and/or medical fields that require broad solutions to be successful. Requires deep knowledge of US cardiovascular market, trends, and clinical/technical needs. Display high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems. Results oriented to ensure achievement of the targeted profit, customer satisfaction and market share goals. Ability to develop and drive a strategic plan, having an impact to implement necessary changes with internal and external partners involved. Bachelor’s degree or above required. Required travel: up to 50%. Preferred Experience Existing relationships with cardiology key opinion leaders desired. Prior sales and KOL development experience desired.
