Job Duties:

·     Formulate and implement investment and corporate financing strategies and policies to achieve Company’s targets

·     Maintain good market network and industry information to ensure the Company keep abreast of investment opportunities

·        Manage a highly professional team

·     Establish and maintain good relationships with government bodies, business partners, investors, the media, etc.

The Successful Applicant:

You will need to blend technical pedigree with an entrepreneurial spirit to succeed in this role.

·     Degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

·        8 years or above experience in corporate financing in reputable institutions

·     Eligible for advising on the Codes on Takeovers and Merger and Share Repurchases related matters, Representative for Type 6 regulated activity under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Representative for Type 1 regulated activity under the Securities and Futures Ordinance

·     Proven track records of leading teams to meet and exceed targets

·     Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

·     Strong leadership and excellent inter-personal skills
