Responsibilities:
Manage growth of retail chain, starting from one store to a planned 40 stores in three years. Expertise is needed in retail operations, understanding the nuts and bolts of running a F&B franchise.
Store expansion will be across three test markets: Beijing, Chengdu, and Xiamen. Company headquarters in Beijing, but candidate should be flexible to spend time in all three locations.

Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in Retail Management. Ideally, cafe or restaurant business but other areas of retail experience may also be considered.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English. This is a must. An American born Chinese with native mandarin skills is optimal. However, if the candidate has spent a long period of time working in China using the Chinese language then that is also sufficient.
- Someone who is passionate, good natured, and takes pride in their work.
