1，responsible for the investment team of the company's personnel management and set up, for the overall investment project gatekeeper.
2，Assist the company leader to research and analyze the investment project, negotiate the project and check the investment plan, analyze the related process, and provide the corresponding plan and suggestion.
3，according to the investment project feasibility analysis report, the business plan, the project proposal and so on, for the whole year, formulates the reasonable goal, the clear team division of labor, leads the team to complete the goal
4，Pay attention to relevant policies, economic development, industrial policy and industry development, collect, sort out and analyze relevant information;
5, the investment project management, including the operation of the project profitability, risk analysis and effective evaluation, timely and simultaneous optimization, for the next 2-3 years of investment planning.

Hold a position：
1，Full-time bachelor degree or above, Major in law, finance, finance, economy, Chinese can be used as working language;
2, at least 8 years working experience in investment industry or market analysis, familiar with relevant regulations and procedures of investment industry;
3. Lead at least 3 successful projects investment (whole process) , with overseas project investment and management experience;
4, have strong analytical and judgment ability, rich business negotiation experience;
5. Certificate of China Securities Industry, private placement and fund industry is preferred
6, a strong sense of confidentiality, strict and meticulous, a strong sense of responsibility, with a strong execution, strain, pressure;
7. Excellent writing and oral communication skills, clear thinking, strong communication skills
8. European American investors or Native American Chinese preferred.
