• Develop banca partners
• Be in charge of the communication with the bank partners and other stakeholders for Campaign and Contest related
• Be responsible for developing and implementing partner strategy including: budget planning, expense planning and control, performance monitoring, quality control for P&A and P&S
• Support team members for project management and implementation (Producer Code Management, recruitment, analytic, reporting…)
• In charge of planning and giving idea to design campaign and contest incl customer promotion, contest for bank partner and contest for sale team.
• Prepare and clear audit point related to partners
