Description

 
Management Pillar toolkit and  management cycle  development and communication, coach and daily check training of the plant are responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous upgrading of the management pillar of the factory.
管理支柱工具包和管理环开发及沟通，辅导、日常检查，负责支持工厂管理支柱的实施和持续升级
Participate in monthly meetings of plants  to analyze and communicate the performance of VPO Means(send monthly reports and attend bi-monthly meetings to cover all plant)
每个月参加工厂的月度会议，分析和沟通VPO手段的执行情况(发送月度报告，参加双月会议，覆盖所有工厂)
Operation and support of routine of plant management pillar method work (monthly weekly plan formulation, implementation and follow-up verification, including management ring, operation of each module, etc.)
工厂管理支柱法工作的日常操作和支持(月度周计划的制定、执行和跟踪验证，包括管理环、各模块的操作等)
Support and guidance on methods of T&M conference materials in plant
支持和指导工厂T&M会议材料的使用方法
Provide mean support for plant priority KPI performance (remote + on-site)
为工厂优先级KPI绩效提供方法支持(远程+现场)
Responsible for communication, coordination, communication and training of VPO policy standards
负责VPO政策标准的沟通、协调、沟通和培训
Monthly VPO target setting, management pillar score upload, identify management gaps and provide standards to ensure that the correct VPO method is used to achieve results.

Daily application of plant digital VPO provides support services and daily key user rights management

Identify best practise and scale up

Participate in Zone H1/H2 management pillar audit, coordinate zone joint audit, including gap closure tracking

Assist plant to complete VPO Mean budget decomposition and evidence provision, VPO TSC report support document provision and regional conference materials support.
协助工厂完成VPO平均预算分解和证据提供，VPO TSC报告支持文件提供和区域会议材料支持。

Qualifications

 
Education 教育
-University or above大学及以上学历
English英语水平
•Good listening, speaking and written English, able to communicate in working environment.
•良好的听说读写能力，可以工作交流。
Experience 经验
•Minimum 3 year brewery experience and 2 year VPO implementation or sustainability experience.   
3年以上酒厂工作经验，并有2年以上VPO实施或保持经验
•SET in one or two years  
1-2年SET

-计算机操作水平：能熟练运用OUTLOOK/OFFICE/EXCEL/PPT等办公软件

-语言技能：能够读写英文相关文件和邮件等；能够简单的英文交流

-主人翁：具有很强的责任心和主人翁意识，能承受较强的工作压力

•Identify management pillar best practice and govern and coordinate best practices management
识别管理支柱最佳实践，并负责统筹管理区域内最佳实践。
•Track and supervise dedicated pillar and region for VPO sustainability
跟踪和监督负责支柱和区域的持续保持和改进
