Briefing
The Chinese Teacher aims to enable students to reach their learning objective by providing the necessary support through teaching, follow-up, and general administration. Chinese Teachers are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of student success and satisfaction while upholding the core principles of WSE.

Directly reporting to the CT Team Leader

Major Responsibilities
Class Preparation and Teaching
? Teaching individual students onsite in their home, office or WSE center
? Travelling in and around the city to teach
? Teaching the required amount of classes each month
? Preparing and teaching NSE related material to students
? Using available resources to create lessons based on student’s needs for their course
Facilitate study by implementing the WSE study method
? Providing study advice using the WSE method
? Using Staff Tool as a follow up tool to support all new and existing students
? Following up and motivate students towards their learning objectives
Student follow-up
? Entering student follow up notes in the student follow up system
? Following up with students about their schedule availability and entering the information in the appropriate tracker to facilitate CCS with scheduling
? Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with students and supporting as needed
? Entering students class attendance and class results timely and accurately
? Supporting and encouraging students to complete the Student Satisfaction Survey
? Encouraging students to regularly take classes
Communication
? Coordinating with VVIP FTs on student study progress
? Communicating with CCS about student scheduling requirements
? Coordinating with VVIP management on any student related issues
? Communicating with students about their class schedule
? Reminding students about their scheduled classes and communicating with CCS about any possible change
Personal Development and Training
? Regularly attending regional CT trainings
? Attending all VVIP CT meetings that are scheduled
? Completing bi-annual performance reviews and attending the performance meetings
Adhering to management policies
? Completing necessary documenting and reporting in time
? Promoting and maintaining the company code of conduct
? Cultivating a fair and supportive environment in the context of the WSE Values - Respect, Responsibility and Integrity

Requirements:
? Professional in terms of dress code and behavior
? A strong sense of customer service
? Exceptional teaching and coaching skills
? Have a desire to develop and grow
? Flexibility in terms of unforeseen schedule changes
? Ability to work independently
? A strong understanding of WSE teaching methodology (This would involve empowering the learner through motivational activities to reach their potential in the class)

Qualifications:
? At least 2 year teaching experience
? A BA degree
? A CELTA or TEFL or TESOL or TESL qualification
