Valet Coordinator

From a warm welcome to a fond farewell, you will take care of the guests as soon as they step foot onto our driveway, ensuring a lasting impression for our guests’ stay.

Hours:

     Tuesday, Wednesday-8am to 4pm

     Thursday, Friday, Saturday- 4pm to midnight

What you will be doing:

• Monitoring and directing personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property, including guest vehicles, taxi cabs, and limousines to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic.
• Maintaining the security of vehicles and vehicle keys
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipating and addressing guests’ service needs
• Accommodate guests by opining doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items
• Answering guests’ questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services
• Parking guest’ vehicles in predetermined areas , following all traffic laws
• Operating vehicles safely and responsibly

Your experience and skills include:

• Proven safe driver and clean driving record is essential
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to working a standing position for hours at a time
• Ability to communicate professionally
• Customer service experience and friendly demeanor

Physical Requirements Include:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
