As a Validation and Compliance Lead, you will manage and support validation activities across all functions with a key emphasis on providing expertise in all aspects of process, equipment and computer system validation and technical support. After your initial training and settling in period this role offers a mix of home and site working. To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do: You will manage a team of 2 validation engineers to support validation activities across all functions You will be responsible for Maintaining compliance with Data Integrity Regulations, GAMP standards, 21 CFR Part 11 and applicable regulatory guidelines. Key emphasis on providing expertise in all aspects of process, equipment and computer system validation and technical support To apply for this role you'll need extensive validation experience in the medical product manufacturing industry. You'll also require: Fluency in cGMP principles Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for EMA ISO13485 and US CFR 820 Proven leadership skills in leading small to medium-sized teams Excellent planning and time management ability Ability to manage direct teams Being part of our team Based on multiple sites in Chilton Industrial Estate, Sudbury, we design and assemble blood, urine and diabetes analysis instruments.
