RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for identifying and exploring property development opportunities in Mainland China
• Following through the assigned development projects from inception to development completion
• Responsible for deal sourcing, feasibility study, financial modelling and analysis, and market research
• Assist in due diligence and valuation, preparing proposals, business plans and budgets
• monitor project progress and marketing programmes
• liaise with local government on land matters and obtaining approval permits
  
  

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Property related disciplinewith a RICS/HKIS is preferred
• 8 years' relevant experience and proven track record in property investment and valuation of Hong Kong and overseas projects
• in-depth knowledge and good exposure in the property development market, business / economic environment, government structures and regulations
• detail-minded with strong commercial sense and the ability to plan, organize effectively and independently
• a team player with excellent integrity and good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation in English and Chinese is essential.
