Job Description

Patient group/NGO engagement:

  • Engage patient groups/NGO for partnership/collaboration to support policy work and implementation of brand strategy

Support health policy development:

  • collaborate with multi-stakeholders to support health policy development for the benefit of patient access

Health policy analysis and monitoring

  • Monitor and analyse the public policy and healthcare policy to generate insights to support health policy shaping and market access

Market access strategy development and execution  

  • Lead to develop the market access strategy and tactics with an oversight of the short term, mid-term and long-term business goals
  • Explore, identify, and foster trust-based working relationships with key stakeholders including payers, governmental bodies, industry associations, professional associations and other relevant stakeholders to enable products enlistment and reimbursement
  • Lead and ensure efficient internal and external communication for alignment of market access goal, objectives and priorities to enable product enlistment and reimbursement
  • Synthesize patient insights and work as a subject-matter expert to build the patient-centric commercial strategy with the brand team
  • Implement the market access plan through cross-functional team collaboration
  • Prepare drug reimbursement dossier and enlistment required documents for market access

PAP/PSP governance

  • Govern all PAP/PSP program to ensure compliance and well-documentation
  • Working with brand teams for PAP/PSP management including program design, initiation, monitoring and termination

Patient empowerment:

  • Lead or support patient education activities to enhance patient’s knowledge of disease management and promote disease awareness
  • Develop patient empowerment plan and support patient groups on education activities
  • Effectively deploy the patient empowerment strategy by utilizing innovative instruments including multi-channel, digital solutions, speaking opportunities for organization

Patient insight generation for local Brand Strategies

  • Partner with patient groups to generate patient insights in key therapeutic areas, monitor the dynamics of patient cares and advise to update of brand strategy
  • Map out the patient journey and identify the unmet needs of patients to support brand strategy development

Corporate Affairs

  • Execute the corporate affairs plan to run media campaign and CSR campaign  
  • Support development of corporate materials and update corporate website
  • Develop and implement the corporate affairs plan to build the corporate brand identity, reinforce Amgen values and promote the centric corporate image to the general public and stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop appropriate communication platforms to reinforce the value messages for our products, for example industry association workshop,  media engagement opportunity, media interview
