Currently, we are looking for a Value & Access Manager based in Barcelona.

Description:

Definition and execution of the market Access and pricing plan at national, regional and local level for the products of the Therapeutic Area.

Responsibilities:

• Define, develop and execute market access initiatives & strategic pricing (Pricing Frameworks, Management Entry Agreements, etc.) for the products at national, regional and hospital levels

• Elaborating negotiation tools and coordinate negotiation strategies for the products at national, regional and local levels.

• Represent access function in the local product teams & related to International Brand Teams.

• Lead access initiatives supporting field teams.

• Monitor access insights related to pharmaceutical environment that could affect oncology area.

• Coordinate Access Stakeholders Management Plan

• Catalyze Value Based Health Programs related to the therapeutic area / products.

• Budget management & forecast / finance planning

• Pipeline management: Supporting early planning with regards to evaluation trends in access process, endpoints and stakeholders to inform launch readiness.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Experience in the pharma industry

• Fluency in English both oral and written communications

• Computer skills MS Office programs

Preferred Requirements:

• Master's Degree
