SFS IT COF is responsible and accountable for IT Services and IT Projects of Siemens Financial Services Commercial Finance (SFS COF). With this, it jointly drives the Digital Transformation of SFS COF. The business of SFS COF offers a comprehensive range of equipment & technology finance and extended payment term financing solutions, to organizations of all sizes requiring finance for assets and technology from Siemens or third-party providers. As Value Center Head SFS IT COF (f/m/d), you are offered overall global responsibility (13 countries) for the IT of SFS COF along the entire lifecycle of all IT/Digital services (run, change, transformation) in alignment with respective business units and within the SFS as well as SFS IT strategy. Your diverse job in detail: Responsible and accountable IT leader (f/m/d) for SFS IT COF that ensures “run, change, and transformation” in collaboration with the business unit (Commercial Finance), respective teams as well as our internal & external partners Overall budget responsibility for SFS IT COF Proactive management of the approved IT budget to maximize the business value for a defined set of projects and IT services Responsibility for the definition of the IT & Digitalization (HOW) Strategy of SFS COF in alignment with the business strategy and within the frame of the overall SFS IT strategy Ensuring the execution of the IT & Digitalization Strategy (HOW) of SFS COF Building and leading strong teams and by this ensuring the delivery excellence for services and projects Steering and monitoring whether the overall team results and (service/project) deliveries are on schedule/in quality and taking adequate supportive actions if necessary Continuous improvement of the organisation and fostering an agile way of working Responsibility for compliant, efficient, and stable operations of SFS IT COF, also following the regulations of the Financial Services Industry As part of the SFS IT Leadership Team, contribution to the definition of our SFS IT strategy and strategic discussions Senior Stakeholder Management and alignment with respective business (Commercial Finance) Reporting to the SFS CIO and main contact for SFS Commercial Finance (Business Unit Management) in the context of IT What you need to make real what matters.
