Abbott Diagnostics Division is looking for a

Value Expansion Specialist EEMEAP (m/f/d)

based in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, or Romania.

This position is defined to ensure successful ramp up of large customers by analyzing Value Expansion opportunities and define targets, ensuring billings takes place as expected as well as supporting countries across the region in delivering their Value Expansion targets. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring contract compliance processes are in place and executed.  

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze, develop and achieve value expansion goals through creation of account-specific plans
• Guide implementation and maintain oversight for new large accounts as they complete their project phase and start to generate revenue
• Review contract compliance (volume, pricing, utilization, efficiency, Free of Charge)
• Support and drive Customer Experience teams in commercial sales and value expansion initiatives
• Analyze and optimize instrument utilization
• Manage lifecycle of instruments and assays including ramp up/down programs

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience e.g. in Sales, Project Management, as an Application Specialist, Medical Technical Assistant etc.
• Experience / track of record in an analytical and/or project management role, working with data to identify trends
• Sales or customer experience preferred
• Laboratoy experience (processes, automation, interpretation of results) preferred
• Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of a CRM tool preferred
• Minimum  experience in performance management
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English
• Team oriented, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as problem solving
