Job Description
#### Position Description:


\- Design the strategy, organization, process and roadmap to transform
Business & Finance to be best in class operating model
\- Collaborate cross domain and take lead to execute the roadmap or track
project spending/ deliverables to drive efficiency
\- Establish and drive continuous improvement capability in regards to
methodology, tools and practices
\- Deliver operational improvement initiatives as required, be a key team
player to achieve measurable improvements in operational performance.
\- Facilitate improvement workshops and meetings as required

#### Position Requirements:


Experience Requirements:
\- 8 – 10 years work experience with proven track in leading sizable Business
Transformation project for Finance & Business
Tier-1 consulting firm solid PM / VRO experience is preferred

Skill Requirements
\- Able to deliver outstanding results in a fast paced and demanding
environment
\- High caliber with self-motivated, result-driven and creative personality
\- A track record of hands-on delivery of complex business improvement
projects via process improvement, digitalization, analytics or automation,
ideally within Finance domain
\- Highly developed skills and extensive experience with business architecture
and/or business process mapping
\- Well practiced skills with recognized methods such as Lean, BPMN and Value
Stream Mapping
\- - Bachelors or Master’s degree
\-  CPA, CMA or CFA equivalent is plus
