As a Value Stream Management Coordinator, you will be steering the training program for the Quality department, also you will be the contact between the Supplier Network and Munich to assure the alignment of topics regarding content, strategy, projects, value stream and complexity management.

Furthermore, you will be analyzing and managing headcount, making recommendations and planning actions as necessary, by reporting actual status of skills. Also, you will be in charge of planning, developing, organizing, and monitoring all activities for local training suppliers, enabling and official affairs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field of study.
• 5+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry in production and quality fields.
• 4+ years strong leadership experience regarding Worldwide Projects Management, VSM and Lean Manufacturing.
• Fluent business English.
