Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing various kinds of valuation tasks for assets located in Hong Kong, China and other countries
• Assist in carrying out market research, conducting site inspections and preparing valuation models, draft valuation reports & related documentations
• Assist in preparing ESG report

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Surveying or Degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduate or with ecperience in valuation;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin a definite plus);
• Good computer knowledge and proficient in MS Office and Chinese Processing;
• Strong analytical and execution skills;
• Able to work under pressure and under tight schedule;
• Willing to travel frequently;
• Good team player;
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE preferred

Employment Terms: Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract for 12 months.
