Brief Task Description
? Manage Quality activities of specific vehicle models, including business case study, benchmarking studies, quality target setting, milestone reviews, manufacturing sign-off, warranty expense and quality issue resolution.
? Work scope focuses on specific vehicles manufactured in-region (Fiat B/C sedan, Hatch, Jeep B-SUV, C-SUV, D-SUV), but includes imported models of Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Dodge & Chrysler.
? The role requires strong interaction with APAC Engineering, Manufacturing, Powertrain divisions located in China, as well as our Joint Venture manufacturing partners.
? Quality department carries full responsibility for the achievement of key KPI – Manufacturing quality metrics, warranty problem rate & customer satisfaction / J D Power classification
? Quality department scope includes transportation, storage, PDI, handover, management of recalls and governmental & regulation compliance.
? Quality department work closely to support purchasing & supplier quality
Qualifications:
