Responsibilities：

• Identify, qualify, contract and develop partner (freelance) solutions based on production requirements, and in alignment with Moravia's business requirements and strategic directions.
• Ensure all required information is entered into information systems and make sure information systems are always up-to date
• Test and qualify resources in cooperation with linguistic quality department
• Contract and develop freelance solutions for languages in alignment with Moravia business requirements
• Communicate with freelancers, answer queries, provide support if needed
• Track new services offered by freelancers
• Negotiate freelancers prices on yearly basis (and/or project basis)
• Coordinate freelance resources for production
• Act as escalation point for PMs regarding freelancer resources related issues
• Monitor freelancers' performance

Requirements

• Secondary or University education
• Need at least 1 year of Vendor Management experience to get to this level or proven experience in IT or service purchasing in an international environment of 3 years
• Experience in IT or service purchasing nice to have
• Fluent English
• Advanced in MS office tools
