Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge of warehousing management, trucking, consolidation
• Interlock with suppliers to follow SOP and ensure performance are met above KPI
• Liaise with suppliers and internal parties to carry out supply chain solution in a timely manner
• Handle full set I/E documents, tradelink declaration independently
• Participate in adhoc project holder and work independently
• Ensure accuracy in data input, inventory report and billing
• Maintain excellent relations with different stakeholders 

Requirements:

• Holder of HKDSE/HKCEE or Diploma holder in logistics / supply chain management or above
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in logistics / freight forwarding industries
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as attention to details
• Good team player, work independently and hard working
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
