We’re looking for a Director of Vendor and Performance Management to:

• be a trusted member of the Global Vetting Operations Management Team
• lead the development and maintenance of vetting vender and performance management to enable an agile and compliant staff vetting operations team globally
• identify new opportunities to continuously improve and evolve the performance of our Global Vetting Operations team as well as our vetting vendors with whom we partner
• integrate and embed use of data and analytics within a performance dashboard to increase insight and drive more effective outcomes
• manage relationships with external vendors, regulatory relations, procurement and control functions
• lead large risk mitigation initiatives to tight deadlines and within a complex matrix environment with numerous stakeholders
