VENUE MANAGER

Operations and Event Management
- organize site visits
- provide all information requested by clients in order to complete the sales process
- be available to close the space and conduct site inspection after each event
- be a host during events as required
- coordinate with all parties involved in the event
- source contractors as needed for the client and be the bridge between contractors and clients

TK Upcoming Venue Marketing and Business Development
- develop TK Ocean Table presentation if needed and assist TK Account Director in the sales process for Ocean Table
- make the venue available on different venue renal websites and related publications
- manage the sales cycle and process with leads from those platforms
(update listings with photos and videos and information, provide venue information to clients, organize site visits, develop site checklist and conduct site check after rentals etc.)

TK Sales Admin
- send issues to TK clients or prospects every two months
- assist the sales team and communicate with editorial team for all advertising issues
