The Role 

Join the Accor group, we are looking for an experienced venue manager to help lead our Tokyo Joe’s energetic team on a Full-Time basis. Open for lunch and dinner, Tokyo Joe is a casual rather than formal hotel dining and drinking experience. Tokyo Joe's offers Japanese cuisine which is fresh, clean, unique, fun and above all totally delicious. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with the new creative direction of the venue.
• Drive the team to achieving key revenue targets and create strategies in order to exceed budget
• The efficient running of the food and beverage service function to both meet and exceed customer needs and expectations
• Supervising and leading the team of food and beverage attendants in all areas such as; operations, employee engagement and training & development
• Review and set up of systems and procedures within the department
• Attending to operational problems and needs promptly, including customer complaints, enquiries and requests
• Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and house management policies.

What we are looking for

• Passion for people and service, with a creative flair
• Previous experience in leading and motivating a team in a similar role
• Strong sales approach for driving and generating business
• Experience with change management
• High standard of grooming and presentation
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
• Available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and Public Holidays as per our business demands
