* Conduct verification on documentation submitted by candidate/client as per guidelines.
* Commence all verifications accurately and within the required time frame as per Client guidelines.
* Managing missing and additional information in accordance with Client operations procedures
* Update verification record/progress in the operations logs in real-time.
* Identify potential delays/ issues that are likely to impact turnaround time
* Update client case manager on any candidate “Alerts”
* Other duties as assigned by manager and leadership of Client


* Open to fresh graduates with no experience from any course. An internship experience is ideal.
* Must have good English and Mandarin (Written and Verbal). Cantonese is also good to have. English communication skills are the key to this role!
* Key personnel and POC to complete the reference checks for the clients.
* The reference ticket is logged into the client platform the VO will complete the reference check for the client.
* Voice and Email. Must follow the SOP for the client verification ticket request.
* Attention to detail and be very creative.
