Job Objective: Driving business & leading sales for the Premium Notebooks  in SMB business of Lenovo India across key Direct & in-direct channel partners across all Route to market at Pan country. Incumbent is also responsible to grow channel capacity, productivity and visibility to build a strong & sustainable business. Responsibilities of the position: •Drive Annual targets with sales team to achieve targets, gain market share for Premium NB. •Plan and execute sales strategy and ensure achievement of volume, SOW, topline and margin targets •Maintain good executive relationships with category teams across platforms •Work closely with segment and product teams to define the right product strategy for the RTMs •Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities in these RTMs and provide feedback to marketing and develop strategies accordingly. •Provide leadership to team of Key Account Managers #### Position Requirements: •4-5 years of sales + marketing experience with strength in Channel management. •Target orientation and ability to drive a weekly operations BMS •Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with company •Must be willing to travel. •Product Portfolio tracking  /mapping against Competition •Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills •Computer experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet) •Ability to upsell & Drive premium sale •Supply & Indent Planning •Planning skills to define the right model of growth in a unpredictable and fast growing space. •Flexibility and adaptability will be critical •Working in matrix environment. •Ability to handle pressure We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
