Job Description

PURPOSE: To deploy VET pillar marketing initiative among the Vets in the dedicated territory through continuous engagement and education to drive RC recommendation

  • Merchandising and Marketing actions
  • Map growth and potential of Vet Universe

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Map and strengthen Vet coverage
  • Plan and deploy PJP to optimize vet clinics coverage on regular basis
  • Trained vets and  their staff about RC products and Nutritional answers.
  • Drive recommendation through continuous engagement
  • Work closely with Vet college
  • Consistent sales performance to meet the assigned sales target
  • To implement merchandising solution for Vet clinic
  • Deploy Vet  marketing program successful in the Vet channel.
  • Active participation in Vet related events e.g. Dog shows, Trainings and seminars in the area
  • Report and assess the  PJP visit efficiency and basis sales call protocol to drive sustainable growth 
  • Assure compliance of all Policies, Principles, Procedures and practices of the company.
  • Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Assure timely collection of all account receivables from Vets
  • Communication with vet communities: Partnership with vet univerties.
  • Answering customer queries regarding products through phone and email

NATURE AND SCOPE

We expect form this role that it helps us to develop our business and awareness in vet pillar of the organization. Therefore he or she has to spend a major time of his job in developing and engaging vets and to train the clients regarding Royal Canin products.In addition role will be asked to provide the reports about the customers need, merchandising, Promotions and changing business environment in the territory to the management team to prepare a sales plan or marketing plan.

 

Background Experience & Qualifications

B.V.Sc or M.V.Sc (Veterinarian background) 3-4 years experience

Business studies (notions of sales, marketing etc.); will be Plus

Proficiency with Office software’s (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
