- Be responsible for finance and finance-related projects, to ensure policy compliance for village team members.
- Build and promote a positive team culture while ensuring our guests’ experience is unique and brings the brand to life.
- Coach and counsel CDV and leadership team on all people-related issues.
-Manage village Operations and other relative challenges for pre-opening and opening.

-Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification.
- Equivalent plus 4 years of related experience in finance.
- Some supervisory experience is also preferred.
- Professional finance designation preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all finance-related matters.
- Must speak English. Japanese languages preferred.
