Position Overview:
The Vice General Manager will assist the General Manager in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring effective quality control. We are seeking an individual with strong international trade knowledge who can implement effective processes and drive organizational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the General Manager in achieving company objectives and fostering collaboration across departments.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Partner with product development to drive new product initiatives and identify market opportunities.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment on business goals and inventory management.
• Lead and mentor staff to improve performance and professional growth.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in international trade.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of international work experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Chinese is required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with ERP implementation is preferred.
• Understanding of business processes and product development is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within China and internationally for about one week each month.
