Marketing & Corporate Communications
Key Responsibilities
  • Report to Head of Marketing and Corporate Communication, you will manage a team to assist in initiating different marketing strategy program development, execution and implementation in the respective areas
  • Differentiate BCT’s digital branding and market engagement capabilities.
  • Plan, launch, test different digital marketing initiatives to achieve respective campaign performance target, i.e., traffic, engagement, lead volume and etc.
  • Innovatively grow BCT MPF member base through effective end-to-end, through-the-lines acquisition and engagement campaign management implementation
  • Maximize business generation opportunities to raise the asset transfer and contribution potential
  • Liaise and strategize with internal sales channels, servicing divisions and external partners from conceptualizing to implementing impactful marketing initiatives to achieve mutual business goals
  • Develop, create, promote and optimize BCT’s digital eMPF servicing touch-point from customer-centric UI/UX-friendly perspective to achieve assigned target
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Marketing or Business related disciplines with minimum 8 years’ experience in integrated marketing, brand management, customer engagement, channel management preferably in financial service industry but not a must
  • Versatile in end-to-end acquisition campaign planning and management with hands-on digital marketing knowledge and channel management skills.
  • Solid team management background, capable to lead and inspire for on-going performance and collaboration uplift within and across the team. A natural leader capable to work autonomously and provide guidance and mentorship proactively.
  • Strong knowledge of performance/digital marketing (SEM/Display/Paid Social and etc) and funnel-base direct marketing practice expected
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with people at all levels, both internally and externally. Strong business sense with exceptional logical thinking, highly motivated and presentable
  • Intensely curious and ability to question conventional wisdom;
  • Establish strong collaboration and connection across departments.
