Job Summary Reports to the SVP Treasury and is part of Treasury Senior Leadership Team. Collaborates with Finance leadership team to increase Treasury's value-add to the function. Drive a high-performance culture with clear goals & metrics. Designs best-in-class operational structures and processes for banking, cash/liquidity management, and hedging programs. Provides thought leadership on corporate finance topics including cash flow, working capital, risk management, and talent development. Leads diverse teams to deliver strong financial results. Job Responsibilities Establishes strategy for and determines optimal processes/procedures for global liquidity management and forecasting, including the day-to-day management of the company’s commercial paper programs, central support for regional credit facilities, and concentration of global cash to service third party shareholder and debt obligations. Manages and leads global Treasury operations including cash management, short-term borrowing, intercompany funding strategies, and cash investment strategies. Leads cash flow forecasting process, including working capital analysis and leadership of identified improvement initiatives. Works with Treasury senior leadership team (SLT) to identify KSIs, prioritize activities, and ensure yearly department goals are achieved. Oversees FX and commodity risk management programs. Implements technology automation and digitalization initiatives to improve functional effectiveness and employee experience. Provides thought leadership on Treasury topics including technology, digitalization, risk management, and country strategy. Implements and maintains Treasury policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal controls. Manages the staffing and talent development of Treasury team members globally. Qualifications Qualifications Preferred education level: Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Years and area of experience required: Minimum of 12 years of applicable corporate, business finance and/or treasury experience. Minimum of 8 years leading a team of managers of people. Technical knowledge: Cash and banking structures, risk management, Treasury systems, cash flow and working capital management, debt capital markets. Soft skills: Strong analytical, reasoning, organization and problem solving skills. Must have strong written, verbal and communication skills.
