Our client is a Knitwear / Cut & Sewn Knit Corporation, they will have totally three factories in each production country (they currently have cut & sew factory in operation and will have sweater factory set up very soon by end of 2019). Their current customers includes Abercrombie & Fitch, Urban Outfitters, Tommy Bahama, J Crew, Polo Ralph Lauren, Kohl’s and Macy, their factories are located in China, Cambodia & Philippines, their major export markets are 90% USA and 10% Europe.

They are looking for Vice President to join their group -(Cut & Sewn Knit / Sweater) 

Work Station : Cambodia 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the entire factory operation including production and administration;

• The candidate must possess either sweater or cut & sewn knit expertise and have relevant factory management experience;

• Follow-up with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery;

• Fully understand merchandise process from sample development to production;

• Participate in price negotiation and liaison with vendors or suppliers;

Requirements :

• University graduate preferred;

• At least 15 years of experience in garment industry for both cut & sewn knit and sweater with at least 10 years at senior managerial grade;

• Would prefer to the candidates who from Sport City (飛雁 or 申洲);

• Strong experience to lead local merchants & workers;

• Fluent English ability in oral/written, great communication skills , and able to interact with foreign clients directly;

• Strong execution capability, hands on to lead and work with teams;

• Excellent technical skills in yarn and sweater construction / knit construction;

• Excellent presentation and management skill;

• Previous experience in factory & trading for USA/EU market, MUST have experience at offshore factory;

• Able to work independently with good sense of own;

• Immediately available or no later than April 1, 2020.
