Qualifications

• Languages: Proficient in English and Mandarin is a must.
• Working experience 15+ years.
• Proven track of general management and international business.
• Strong optimization mindset.

Job Highlights

• Define a team structure to deliver on business plans (team structure capabilities should include; Product development, QA, technical and logistics support).
• Manage the vendor matrix and identify back up vendors for key categories.
• Align on the roadmap with HK Product team and source suppliers to deliver on these products. Negotiating deals with factories on fabric positioning and product scale costs. 
• Ensure QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) and actively participate in the definition of the product, process definition.
