We are looking for a Vice President of Operations for Russia and CIS

MISSION

• Responsible for operational performance & sustainable growth of Legacy brands (except Luxury and Lifestyle Brands) with Managed, Franchised and Leased contracts, and leading the brands strategy with providing guidance to the hotel General Managers in the sub-hub;
• Responsible for all Accor KPIs Result in the sub-hub;
• Respectful and balanced relationship with our stakeholders;
• Support COO of the region on the issues with owners of sub-hub hotels.        

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, Coach and Manage the Hotel General Managers in order to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets;
• Develop and maintain sound and effective Operational teams and management systems in the region;
• Push / negotiate for ACCOR projects implementation with local partners / Owners;
• Bring operational expertise in the Development processes and might interact from time to time with hotel project managers in order to develop efficient and “easy to work in” hotels;
• Promote ACCOR solutions;
• Business review meeting with owner to ensure business performances and actions to maximize P&L performance. Demonstrate ACCOR’s added value on their hotels’ performance;
• Participates in hotel industry trade associations and area hotel-related business event to project a positive public image of the brand while staying informed on new trends and competition practices.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• +5 years of experience in similar region (Russia & CIS);
• Business bachelor degree;
• Languages: Russian, English;
• Reporting and consolidation;
• Service management;
• Project management;
• Internal control;
• Communication with impact.
