Vice President, Revenue Optimization (Operations)

We are hiring a key member of the global revenue optimization team based out of Hong Kong. He/she will be responsible for leading a team focused on global pricing structures, hotels performance, pricing excellence, and partnering with marketing to ensure profitable campaigns, position works collaboratively with other disciplines to help lead the annual budget planning and corporate pricing process.

As a Vice President, Revenue Optimization (Operations), we rely on you to:

  • Maintain global pricing standards for all segments and ensure compliance and effectiveness of standards
  • Assist with clarity on risk and opportunity across portfolio and help mobilize central resources when/where needed
  • Partner with marketing to ensure all promotions have clear metrics for success and are measured for effectiveness
  • Help lead annual budgeting and corporate pricing processes
  • Assist regions with root cause diagnostics to quickly determine cause of poor performance.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ revenue management experience
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in leadership roles, including multi-unit and/or corporate level.
  • Excellent business, organizational and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to translate data into understandable and actionable information.
  • Strong communication skills - can align cross-functional teams around priorities and drive execution
  • Strong project management skills - ability to define, scope and lead projects from start to finish.
