We are looking for talented and self-motivated individuals to join our sales & marketing effort. The team is responsible for business development and client facing efforts globally.
This role would have specific geographic focus for Korea, responsible for ongoing client coverage and servicing as well as content preparation and marketing efforts.
Coverage would include mainly institutional investors including insurance companies, asset managers and pension funds investing internationally, as well as intermediaries such as securities firms and wealth management partners in Korea. The role will include travel for business and will be member of our Sales & Distribution team reporting to the Managing Partner.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely together with the Client Coverage team to promote the benefits and usage of Premia ETFs within the institutional, asset management, and wealth segments.
- Build a broader understanding of ETFs and usage of Premia ETFs including representing Premia at educational seminars and speaking events as appropriate.
- Understand each client’s due diligence process and investment requirements and develop a strategic relationship with relevant gatekeepers through active coverage.
- Respond to client inquiries, provide ongoing communication with clients and prospects, and manage clients/prospects throughout the sales cycle, resulting in closed business
- Monitor ongoing client structure, client investment objectives, benchmarks, progress and holdings. Provide market intelligence to help guide regional strategy, current product enhancement efforts, as well as new product development initiatives.
- Prepare client materials and internal sales tracking updates, maintain a database of client holdings and trades, management of global product list etc. Conduct client requested analysis, maintain client records, meet all regulatory requirements.
- Take ownership of projects from beginning to end, and be responsible to ensure that all regulatory and legal requirements and standards are met.
- 5-10 years of financial industry experience, in a direct institutional sales coverage or client service function in asset management, securities or related sectors. Degree in related field; MBA or CFA is preferred. Candidates with more experience could be considered for more senior role.
- Knowledge and passion for ETFs and/ or specific geography in Asia a strong plus.
- Proven expertise in promoting investment products to sophisticated clients. Individuals should have extensive experience in dealing with clients, with proven sales track record.
- Positive, energetic and self-motivated team player, with commitment to excellence and enjoys building out new businesses from zero to one. Strong time management, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and ability to be a reliable, consultative partner to clients.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and is able to maintain good relationships both internally and externally. Professional integrity is a must.
- Native Korean required. Fluent English would be a strong plus.
