KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee overall cash management of the entire Group (Melco International and Melco Resorts & Entertainment) across different jurisdictions, including cash and cashflow projections and daily treasury operations.
• Manage treasury function (team of 3-4 members), including meeting short and long-term funding needs and manage Group’s liquidity position.
• Lead the execution of capital market and loan financing transactions across the Group, including financing and acquisitions. Ability to assess and make recommendations on optimal financing structure.
• Monitor and manage the Group’s capital structure i.e. financial covenants and ensure on-going compliance with reporting requirements under each debt instrument.
• Manage commercial banking, investment banking, credit rating agencies, lenders and other treasury counterparty relationships.
• Produce board presentations regarding Group’s treasury matters.
• Work closely with various internal departments.
• Ensure timely internal and external reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses including impact analysis of investment proposals, sensitivity testing etc. 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• University Graduate, major in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines. CPA is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in treasury and corporate finance, with a minimum of 6 years experience in a related senior position of a listed company
• Comprehensive experience in capital markets and loan financing transactions, including but not limited to, equity/debt financing and acquisitions.
• Experience in hospitality and gaming industry preferred.
• Excellent financial modeling, analytical and presentation skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and manage projects independently with ability to work in a cross-team environment.
