a. Successful track record in leading student development & facilitating student well-being.

b. Alignment with LTPSS as an exceptionally caring school which seeks to develop the potential of every student and staff, enabling them to strive, serve and find their place in the world.

c. Commitment to realizing the mission of LTPSS to become a positive and achieving school.

The Vice Principal (Director of Student Development & Well-being) will be a member of the Senior Management Team. He / She will:

a. Play a leading role to develop and sustain key whole school policies & practices related to student development & well-being.

b. Support the pastoral team and class teachers to provide education, character building and leadership development of students.

c. Support the work of the life planning and career counselling teams to enable students to progress towards whole-person development and entry to tertiary education.

d. Work with the School Leadership Team to strengthen the academic and pastoral dimension of school development.

e. Work alongside the Principal to promote the school to parents and various stakeholders.

We are looking for teachers of various subjects who are committed to student centred learning design, able to apply assessment for learning to support differentiated instruction and confident users of learning technology.
