WHOLE SCHOOL VICE PRINCIPALS NEEDED FOR ABU DHABI - AUGUST 2020

A special school located in Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking 2 vice principals for its existing and new campuses. Details of the school profile will be provided by your Edvectus consultant. These are exceptionally critical positions that require all candidates to have previous solid and consistent vice principal experience, as they will expected to frequently manage the campuses as a principal. The overall principal will rely on this managerial support as she develops, expands and promotes this unique project. Indeed there is an opportunity for promotion for the right candidate.

Although this is a specialized special needs school, previous SEN experience is not an essential pre-requisite for this role. Strong, effective and results orientated management skills will be key to this role. This is going to be a tough assignment and expectations will be high as the school evolves through its early developmental phase.

As a Vice Principal, candidates must be British trained and experienced to the appropriate level and naturally possess British qualified teacher status. Candidates must also have a masters degree and a NPQH qualification plus five years consistent experience as a Vice Principal. This is an esential pre-requisite of the Ministry of Education and the British parent company that has established its first international campus. This will be a position that will embrace the full age range from early years to age 25; one campus primary and middle school and the other high school to adult (age 14 to 25).
