We are looking for a director to lead our team in office and on shoots. The director will be in charge of supervising and working with in-house producers and editors. Jobs range from short-films to corporate videos. 24 Frames prioritizes quality, creativity and efficiency.

Other requirements include:

- Experience working with European clients, especially Western Europe.
- Must speak English fluently. Speaking French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
- Creative vision to manage a video project from development to post-production.
- Development phase includes working with producer to develop scripts, storyboards and budgets.
- Able to lead both small and large crews
- Supervising camera team and editing team to make the final cuts
- In-depth understanding of light, camera and sound equipment
- Proficient knowledge in video editing software
- 5 to 10 years relevant experience
- Education in film studies or equivalent is a plus
-Formal education / background in the film industry, degree-level preferred
